To create a horizontal line

Place the cursor at the insertion point and click on insert horizontal line . In the horizontal line Properties dialog box specify a height, color and alignment. Click OK.

To edit a horizontal line

Move the pointer over the horizontal line you want to edit, right-click and choose horizontal line properties from the shortcut menu. Alter the desired properties and click OK.
