Select the desired text and click Bold

Select the desired text and click Underline

Select the desired text and click the Font pull down menu

Select the new font from the Font list.
Select the desired text and click the Font Size pull down menu
. Select a new font size from the Font Size list.
Select the desired text and click Font Color

The Font Color Menu will appear. Select a new color.
If you wish to use a color not in the default list, select "Custom Color" from the menu. Select a new color and press OK to confirm the change.
To add a custom color to the Custom Colors palette click Define Custom Colors. In the left-hand box choose the column that the color is in. Move the pointer beside the right-hand box to choose the color within the column. Alternatively, numbers can be entered into the given boxes to select the desired color. Once the right color is selected click the Add to Custom Colors button. Select the color from the Custom Colors palette and click OK.
Select the desired text and click Highlight Color

The Highlight Color Menu will appear. Select a new color.
If you wish to use a color not in the default list, select "Custom Color" from the menu. Select a new color and press OK to confirm the change.

Select the text you want indented and click Decrease Indent

Select the text you want to be apply a style to, click the Style
drop-down box and select the style to be applied from the list.
Select the desired text and click Left Align

Select the desired text, open the Format menu and click Superscript
